The veteran actor Sir John Mills has died at home following a short illness at the age of 97. Sir John's distinguished career lasted more than 70 years and he was the star of classics such as Ice Cold in Alex as well as some 109 other films.
Mill's won the 1971 Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in Ryan's Daughter. He also worked as a director. Send your tributes for Sir John Mills.
