Being Zambian, naturally, this statement was poignant;

"State promotion of tourism drives the predatory interests that promote sex tourism and sexual exploitation of underage girls for prostitution"

The Visit Zambia 2005 campaign is in danger of turning Zambia into a hub for sexual predators, if not so already.
